Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Every service is month-to-month. We don't lock you in because we don't need to — our 97% retention rate exists because we deliver results, not because we trap clients. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees on any plan. Your first payment starts your subscription and we get to work immediately — account setup, pixel and tracking verification, strategy build, and onboarding are all included in your monthly retainer. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
How quickly will I see results?
Paid Social typically shows meaningful signal within 30–45 days as we test and optimize. SEO is a longer game — expect 3–6 months to see organic growth compound. Email shows results faster, often within the first campaign. We'll be upfront at onboarding about what to expect for your specific situation — no false promises.
What ad spend do I need to get started?
For Paid Social, we recommend a minimum of $3,000–$5,000/month in ad spend to generate statistically meaningful data. Less than that and we can't test fast enough to optimize. If you're not there yet, we'll tell you — and suggest where to start instead of taking money we can't earn back for you.
Can I start with one service and add more later?
Yes — every service is available standalone. Most clients start with Paid Social or Email and expand as we prove the model. When you add services, channels compound — your ads perform better when email is capturing leads, your SEO feeds your paid media strategy, and so on. We'll recommend when it makes sense to expand, not before.
